This hunting lease is located in Coryell County, Texas and is approximately 100 acres in size. This property can be hunted year round, as the seasons dictate, for White-tailed Deer, Feral Hog, Turkey and Dove. The owner of the property also leases it out for farming and cattle grazing part-time. Thus, this property has tons of wildlife on it year round with habitat and food sources to keep them there and to attract surrounding wildlife as well. It’s large enough and divided naturally by terrain, trees and vegetation to safely allow multiple hunting areas simultaneously.
We will share our time on this property for you to see. The hunters here are a small group, but have strong core values for hunting and gun safety that span generations in each family. We hope you enjoy the site and are not offended if we post pictures of the game we harvest.
At present, we have three stationary hunting blinds and corn feeders on the property with options for temporary blinds in several other well-traveled game path locations.
In Coryell County, there are antler restrictions for White-tailed deer. The bag limit in this county is two legal bucks, but only ONE may have an inside spread of 13 inches or greater. A legal buck deer is defined as a buck deer with: at least one unbranched antler; OR an inside spread of 13 inches or greater (does not apply to a buck that has an unbranched antler). A hunter may also take ONE buck with an inside spread of 13 inches or greater in a different county with antler restrictions, and not to exceed that county’s bag limit.
